Hello, I'm Cesar, your future best friend. I'm an independent fella but I also love hanging out close by my people - there's nothing better than a good chin scratch! I lived the bachelor life with my owner but they had to bring me to the shelter when they weren't able to look after me anymore. Now I'm patiently awaiting my forever home where I can lay in the sunbeams and play with my favourite toys! I do enjoy a bit of supervised outdoor time, and if you have mice hanging around I will be happy to help with them!
