Bear

Adopted

This is Shannon, Bears other owner.  And new love of his life.   He is with me EVERYWHERE I go and also believes himself a lap dog if I sit down.  He’s still really shy around men and other dogs, but kids and women he’ll walk right up to when we’re out just to be petted.  My neighbour and her Shepard mix Murphy (4 years old as well) walk with us and he “puts up” with Murphy. More or less pretends he’s not there.  He’s also learned a new trick. He can now shake a paw. We’re working on fetch but so far I’m the one retrieving the tennis ball. He also loves hunting birds in the tall grass. He doesn’t understand stealth and will never be able to catch one but he is in his glory chasing them. Bear is doing great, and we are loving him in our lives.

Meet. Adopt. Love.
