Chevy

Chevy is revving his engine and fired up to meet his new best friend! This happy-go-lucky boy would thrive with an experienced, active owner who enjoys the great outdoors. Chevy would make a great hiking companion, or after some positive obedience training, strap on the skijoring gear and head for an exhilarating run in the snow! He loves to be in high gear but is doing his very best to practise calm behaviour too, and he is very eager to learn. This fun pup is game for anything, whether it's joining on a mountain biking excursion or hopping in the quad with you! Chevy can be a bit excited when meeting new dogs, so any canine roommates will need to share his enthusiasm. Chevy would be best suited to a home with children over the age of 10.

Chevy has enlisted in Canine Boot Camp with a volunteer trainer. This four-week intensive training program will teach Chevy manners, basic obedience, recalls, loose leash walking, tricks and agility. By the time he has graduated, Chevy will be a new dog and an even better companion for someone like you.

Interested adopters can visit regularly, take Chevy for walks, meet his volunteer trainer and see him in action at Boot Camp. Canine Boot Camp provides a great opportunity for you to really get to know – and love - a dog prior to adoption.
