Sammy is looking for a soft place to land while she recovers from surgery. This sweet girl has come a long way and is ready to spend her recovery surrounded by comfort, kindness, and plenty of cuddles.

Once Sammy gets to know you, her affectionate personality shines through. She loves attention, happily leans in for pets, and has been known to gently bop people with her nose when she's looking for a little extra love. She's a bright, playful girl with a goofy side, often showing off her bouncy, wiggly enthusiasm and making friends wherever she goes.

Sammy has done wonderfully with other dogs and has enjoyed playful canine companionship. She has also lived peacefully alongside a cat, showing only mild curiosity during particularly exciting feline moments. She enjoys exploring, sniffing new places, and learning about the world at her own pace.

While some loud or unfamiliar noises can still be a little overwhelming, Sammy continues to grow in confidence every day. She recovers quickly, looks to her people for reassurance, and is eager to build trusting relationships.

Right now, Sammy's biggest wish is a quiet foster home where she can focus on healing and continue blossoming into the amazing dog we know she is. If you can offer a comfortable bed, a little patience, and lots of love, Sammy would be thrilled to spend her recovery by your side.
