Meet Lucky!

Lucky is a sweet, people-loving boy with an adventurous spirit and a personality all his own. He can be a little anxious when first experiencing something new, but give him some time to settle in and you'll soon see his friendly, curious side begin to shine.

Lucky enjoys spending time with his people and would love a family who will include him in their adventures. He's an active boy who enjoys getting out and exploring, whether that's heading for a walk, investigating a new trail, or hopping in the car to see where the day takes him. And while he may need a little boost getting into the vehicle, once he's aboard he'd very much like to discuss upgrading his accommodations to the front seat!

Lucky has also enjoyed the company of canine friends with compatible personalities. He tends to prefer a more balanced playmate who can match his energy without overwhelming him. With the right friend, Lucky enjoys gentle wrestling, playful interactions, and simply sharing space together. As with any new canine relationship, slow and proper introductions will help set everyone up for success.

Despite his outdoorsy credentials, Lucky would like it noted that participating in every activity is entirely optional. On a recent adventure to the river, he was perfectly content to remain safely on shore and supervise the festivities!

With patience, positive reinforcement, and plenty of opportunities to explore the world alongside his favourite humans, Lucky has all the makings of a wonderful companion.
