Meet Manuka, a sweet and sensitive girl who needs a little extra time to feel safe and build trust with new people. She’ll thrive with a patient, experienced adopter who understands that confidence takes time and is willing to celebrate the little victories along the way. Manuka may benefit from having a confident, well-adjusted canine friend to help show her the ropes, and any resident dogs will need to meet her before adoption. With positive reinforcement, gentle introductions, and plenty of patience, Manuka is looking for someone who will let her blossom at her own pace.

I weigh 47lbs.

I might be able to live with cats and other dogs.

I might be able to live with older dog savvy children aged 15+.

I will need to meet my new family multiple times before going home.
